Hey there! My name is Riona I'm a mom of three awesome kiddos, a qualified teacher, a GL gymnastics coach and a level 1 Judge. I like to think of myself as a fun and friendly person who always works hard towards my goals. Speaking of goals, my daughter's love for gymnastics has rubbed off on me, and I'm excited to introduce all the children of Ballito to the wonderful world of gymnastics. Gymnastics is more than just physical flexibility and coordination - it's a disciplined sport that teaches children important life skills, like confidence and perseverance. That's why I believe the fundamentals of gymnastics are so important for young children to learn as early as possible.
